The Haven is an 18+ mental health peer support server.

We aim to maintain a safe space with an active community that has diverse interests, lifestyles and diagnoses.

We offer support channels in which you can talk 1:1 with a support volunteer. We also offer various channels based on your interest and diagnoses. 

We have topic channels for creativity, physical health, meme-spam, group support, and a daily-prompt for artistic and writing exercises.

We offer a heavily moderated server, and we expect all members to read the rules upon joining.
